Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation on orders made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled pick-up time will be transfer to STORE CREDIT, valid for ONE year since the date of order.
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of scheduled pick-up time are subject to a charge of the total amount of your order.

Return Policy

We do not accept return or exchange of products, except in the following circumstance:

1. If the flowers are not fresh or have broken petals when delivered,
2. If the style does not match with the order placed,
